FAQ1: Q: What is a factive? A: factives are a kind of introject that might form in OSDD/DID. it's when your brain forms an alter based on smthn around you; for factives, that's a person. (some non-disordered (non-DID/OSDD) plurals might use this word too!)
FAQ 2: Q: what's DID/OSDD? A: a disorder where someone's brain "splits" into diff. alters. a good (unintentional) example could be "Sanders Sides". These alters take control of the body at diff. times and have seperate identities, hence the acronym DID
FAQ: 2 continued. Some systems (the collective name for all the alters) see themselves as parts of a whole, while others think of themselves more separately. I personally see myself as my own person, just sharing a body like roommates share a house.
